The health context will not alter our passion for hospitality and sharing! Our reception, cafe and housekeeping team are eagerly awaiting you for an unforgettable stay in Lyon. Masks are compulsory for both guests and staff, plexiglass & floor markings are installed at the reception and in the coffee shop to guarantee the distances between customers and employees, we favor digital and contactless technologies to pay or communicate with reception (checkin , checkout, etc.) KEEP SMILING ;-)
We have designed our shared rooms to ensure a comfortable and intimate experience. The beds are therefore very isolated from each other by partitions, this guarantees optimal distances between guests. Priority is given to the lower floors of the bunk beds. Our room service disinfects all surfaces on each departure (ladders, railings, shelves, switches, reading lights, sockets, etc.) and ventilates the room twice a day. Hydroalcoholic gel is available on each floor and at the reception if necessary. DISCOVER OUR BEAUTIFUL, LARGE SHARED ROOMS !
The use of common spaces and materials has been redesigned to guarantee you an experience that is always as friendly, practical and safe from a health point of view. Hydro alcoholic gel is present in all common areas (living room, kitchen, hallways, sanitary) and our team regularly disinfects all potentially sensitive parts (switches, keyboards, machine buttons etc.).
